A single operating system that issues GST invoices, drafts client agreements with Gemini, reconciles bank statements, triages leads, and exports a CA-ready tax pack - the back office of an entire company, without a finance team.

The Offer Creation Brain.
A living knowledge base that captures everything behind a proven done-for-you offer - ICP, funnel, sales scripts, pricing, deliverables and real call intelligence - as a template any new offer can be compiled from.
283 commits across 5 repositories, 12 PRs merged.
Shipped: bank reconciliation, the offer compiler, and report scheduling.
Momentum concentrated mid-month; ops was the busiest surface.
